Digital & Search Marketing (Marketing & Communications) We are working with a leading beauty company to find an exceptional candidate for their Head of Digital role. This position offers the chance to lead and shape the digital strategy for a prominent cosmetics brand, ensuring top-tier consumer experiences across global markets, with a focus on ANZ. The role oversees digital strategy, performance marketing, customer engagement, and eCommerce profitability, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding commercial results.
Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a high performing team. Build and implement a digital strategy aligned with business goals. Drive revenue growth and enhance consumer satisfaction. Optimise digital channels. Oversee the eCommerce platform to improve user experience and profitability. Lead performance marketing efforts across paid media, email, SEO, SEM, and emerging technologies. Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in a similar role within a B2C or D2C eCommerce setting. Proven expertise in Shopify, digital marketing, and P&L management. Experience in the Beauty / Cosmetics / Health industries is advantageous. A self-starter with high energy and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced environments. Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills.
