We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to provide administrative and clerical support to the finance department.
The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing of bank statements, maintain updated records of accounts receivable transactions, and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
The Accounts Receivable Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of the accounts receivable process.

The below tasks are undertaken day to day:
Maintaining customer and supplier information records Processing and allocating daily customer payments Reconciliation of customer statements Undertaking customer credit reference checks Follow up outstanding debtor accounts Undertake general administration tasks as required The below skills are required for the position:
Strong computer skills with experience using MS Excel & Outlook Sound personal organisational skills Specific training will be provided by our experienced and long-serving team.
