To support our vision, we have instituted an integrated program of work BEN+, aligned to our strategic imperatives of reducing complexity, investing in capability and telling our story. The BEN+ program of work will be delivered through various streams including: Three Lines of Defence, People, Governance, Business Risk Management, Risk & Compliance and Data.
As a Change Delivery Manager, you will be responsible across all elements of Communication, Change Management and Implementation activities related to BEN+. With a particular focus on the people side of change, you will get to:
Undertake detailed impact assessments, change canvasses and implementation plans Develop strategic communication plans and content with the design and delivery of impactful and outcome-focused internal communications Develop change management interventions, supporting implementation collateral and develop communications and learning Engage with stakeholders and leaders across the bank to ensure the needs of our people and customers are addressed with a focus on building cross-functional relationships and to ensure key messages are developed and delivered This is a 6-month fixed-term seconded opportunity ideally based at one of our corporate offices in Adelaide, Melbourne, Bendigo or Sydney but open to location for the right candidate. We have a flexible hybrid work arrangement with a requirement you work from a corporate office at least two days per week.
About you To be successful you will have: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Change Management or similar, highly desirable Proven experience in change management and building communication strategy Experience writing and delivering impactful communications content is imperative Knowledge of the banking and finance sector ideal with experience in a direct customer interfacing environment highly desirable Experience in learning and organisational design advantageous but not essential Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and functions Self-motivated with a flexible and adaptable disposition Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines About Bendigo and Adelaide Bank With over 7,000 employees, we are Australia's most trusted retail bank, our purpose is – 'to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off it'.
