Management (Community Services & Development)
The Role
As the Head of Community Aged Care, you will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and other business units to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate practices and policies aimed at driving exceptional service delivery.
You will lead by example, inspiring your teams to provide person-centered care that makes a meaningful impact in the community.
Your leadership will foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and high standards across all community aged care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Change Management: Drive efficient and collaborative practices across IT, Operations, HR, Quality, and Administration to ensure alignment and engagement from all stakeholders.
Deliver High-Quality Services: Provide oversight, guidance, and hands-on support to ensure the delivery of exceptional person-centered services across Home Care Packages (HCP), Claims Conference, and Private Services.
Financial Oversight: Monitor and manage financial performance, including reviewing and providing departmental budgets.
We are looking for someone who can bring:
Extensive experience in community aged care, with a proven track record of leading and managing people.
Demonstrated experience in leading transformational projects and successfully guiding teams through change.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on.
Passion, innovation, and excellent relationship-building skills to inspire and support teams during transition periods.

Remuneration of $150,000 + Super + NfP Salary Packaging (negotiable)
