For one of our clients, a company offering a new perspective and a fresh approach to the BPO field, we are on a search for skilled, friendly, and motivated individuals for the role of B2B Travel Support Associate with German and English (Work from Sofia / Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Communicating with business travel customers and discussing travel preparations; Providing high quality customer experience and striving to leave a positive impression; Assisting with hotel reservations and other possible travel related issues; Helping with flights and other modes of travel; Arranging everything and ensuring that customers are satisfied with mode of travel and accommodation. Requirements: Fluent in German (C1) level and English (B2) level; Experience of minimum 2 years in travel or a similar field; Previous experience in customer service is a plus; Skilled with any of global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo) are a plus; PC literate, friendly and motivated to provide a high-quality service.
