About the opportunity
As our Account Manager, you will be finding new business opportunities and delivering sales within a selected number of accounts and specific territory, making sure that our customers and partners constantly get the full value of Axis Communications.

You will be working closely with our customers and partners, making sure that you are there as a business partner and relationship manager for them, ensuring our common success.
You will handle accounts on a daily basis, acting as a professional interface between our partners and Axis Communications.

This position is based in Brisbane with responsibility for key accounts across QLD and NT Australia.
The role will have a requirement to travel domestically at times with some international travel as well.

Key Responsibilities:
Be the key point of contact to our valued partners and customers to support their ongoing current and future needs.
Identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of leads and project opportunities.
Partner with those in your portfolio to build, revise and support partner plans to maintain key goals and strategies for growth.
Working collaboratively with your QLD team, sales management, and the marketing team, you will deliver and support targeted campaigns and activities across your territory including participating in trade shows, partner and distributor, and Axis events.
Build strong rapport and trust with our partners.
Report on quarterly sales goals.
Qualification and Experience:
Certificate or bachelor's degree in business or related discipline or relevant experience.
Exposure to, or some experience in a high-paced technical customer-focused sales role or similar, will be highly regarded.
Driven, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
Good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Enterprise technical selling skills.
Be a team player, flexible and collaborative by nature.
Confident to present and share point of view.
Positive mind-set and can-do attitude.
