About the Opportunity This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia.
The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of the SSN AUKUS Build Program, and other program support activities as required.
Other activities may include managing, planning, execution and closeout of minor projects or elements of various projects and activities, including services Instructions, project deliverables, business / process development and improvement projects, financial support and analysis.
Responsibilities Support the effective planning, coordination, preparation of and execution of project strategies and plans; Assist with planning, development and maintenance of performance baselines as well as schedule creation and management; Support / assist with planning, coordination, preparation of and execution of deliverables and submissions in accordance with project requirements; Participate in project risk assessments and opportunity reviews, including the development and proactive management of risk mitigation / opportunity realisation strategies; Liaise with the SSN AUKUS PMO team and departments daily; Lead / assist in the development and retention of planning documents, processes and procedures, briefing notes, presentations, and other project correspondence and communication materials.
About You Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, or equivalent professional experience; Autonomous, goal directed and capable of managing multiple priorities with limited direction; Knowledge of project governance / controls, administration and record keeping practices; Stakeholder engagement and presentations skill and experience; Highly developed written and verbal communication skills; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Teams, Powerpoint and Outlook; Well organised with high attention to detail.
Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
