Helping set / drive the API strategy for Atlassian Compensation:

Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones:
Zone A: $221,500 - $295,400 Zone B: $199,400 - $265,800 Zone C: $183,900 - $245,200 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
