The Role
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant Club Manager who is ready to support our hard-working team.
In this pivotal position, you'll assist the Club Manager in steering the daily operations of the sales and fitness teams.
Your passion for outstanding customer service will shine as you oversee in-house sales and help execute effective lead generation and marketing plans that boost brand awareness and membership sign-ups.
As part of your responsibilities, you may also be called upon to:
Coordinate engaging pre-sale events and marketing initiatives.
Develop and manage the performance of club employees.
Hire and train new staff, helping them reach their full potential.
Meet performance metrics related to revenue, ordering, inventory, cost controls, and facilities maintenance.
Implement corporate policies and business practices.
Ensure top-notch customer service and operational excellence.
Keep the club clean, safe, and well-maintained.
About You
You have a genuine passion for health and fitness and a track record of effective management.
Your skills include:
Ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in overseeing staff management and development.
Solid understanding of sales and operational success.
Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities.
Positive and motivating communication style.
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
