We are seeking a new member to join our exceptional team. If you are an experienced finance broker or a salesperson from outside the finance industry who is highly motivated to excel, we invite you to join us. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that empowers you to interact with clients independently, expand sales across various industries, and benefit from the support and resources provided by Access Capital internally. Key Responsibilities :
Assess clients' financial needs and provide advice on suitable loan products.
Collect financial information and analyse clients' financial situations to determine their creditworthiness.
Negotiate loan terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients.
Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the loan application process with the assistance of your support team.
Meet performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Build and maintain relationships with lenders and other industry professionals.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in lending criteria.
Qualifications :
A customer-focused approach and ability to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A high level of integrity and professionalism.
Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Diploma in Financial Services (desirable but not essential).
