Utilising strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders will form an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing/actioning maintenance requests from SharePointLiaising with external providers/contractors to perform tasks as requiredLiaising with Real Estate agents for works within rental propertiesPurchasing supplies/equipment required in our homesCommunicating with internal and external partiesAbout You: Able to prioritise tasksAdapt quickly to a changing environmentExcellent customer service and negotiation skillsStrong sense of urgencyAble to think outside the boxStrong relationship building skillsCommitted to delivering a final outcomeCome Join Us!
