Approvals Assurance Project Specialist (Fixed Term)

Our Surat Gas Project is a 27-year project that will have the capability to produce enough natural gas to power the equivalent of more than four million homes every day.

The Role : Reporting to the Team Lead Regulatory Approvals, the purpose of the role is to deliver required improvements to both Environmental Offsets process assurance and Arrow's Gain & Maintain Access core process.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, you will :
Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment. Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders. Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued. Develop and implement an improvement plan to address findings of the Environmental Offsets compliance audit (2024). Finalise recommendations associated with the refresh of Arrow's 'Gain & Maintain Access' Core Process (G&MA) and prepare a process improvement implementation plan. Engage with stakeholders across Arrow to ensure successful change management. Implement changes to G&MA and any other required. Coach team members across Arrow in process compliance & assurance. About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have :
Graduate degree in relevant discipline (Environmental Science, Law, Engineering or other industry-related discipline). Detailed understanding of regulatory approvals relevant to CSG development in Queensland. Highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Change Management expertise and Business process design experience is desirable. Experience in delivery of or administration of Environmental Offsets is desirable.
