RESPONSIBILITIES Over the counter, face to face and telephone sales Supporting and resolving customer queries & issues Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support Assisting with general store management activities Maintaining a safe workplace Consistently working towards efficiencies & improvements across the business ABOUT YOU A passion to deliver outstanding customer service Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment The ability to build your customer base and attract and manage trades business Possess a genuine desire to succeed Knowledge of hardware products desirable Willingness to work Saturdays A competitive remuneration package based on experience will be offered to the successful applicant.
