Job Description Serve as the focal point of contact for all accounts matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Build account plans and focus to execute them with different stakeholders Forecast and pipeline account metrics Collaborate with different internal teams to identify and grow opportunities within accounts Prepare reports on account status Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Proven work experience of at least 5 years in the IT field as sales, presales, or projects with proven success Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent knowledge of MS Office software Eager to learn new solutions and products Good horizontal knowledge in light current and smart solutions Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
