AWS Worldwide Public Sector (WWPS) is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager (Ent AM) to help build the Healthcare business market in New South Wales (NSW). The Ent AM will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share, driving maturity and broad use of AWS within a single key customer, realizing the transformation of healthcare for NSW citizens.
Key job responsibilities Expand upon the existing strategic focus with this customer, defining mission, goals, and success metrics in line with customer vision, working with internal stakeholders (technical, Professional Services, Customer Solutions, Support, Training etc) to deliver growth and high value engagements. Work with the senior management to create a prioritized action plan to deliver upon strategic programs of work, Think Big goals and increase revenue. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers. Manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives both inside and outside of AWS and serve as a liaison to the legal group. Research and identify new opportunities for the NSW Healthcare system, including specific prospects / partners to approach with a technical value proposition for using AWS services and Amazon businesses. Work closely with the customer base to ensure they are successful using our web services and have the technical resources required. Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with your technical (solutions architects and cloud architects) to define customer requirements, and identify & quantify benefits / value to be realized by the customer. A day in the life You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, delivering on account strategies, identifying and building relationships with key decision makers, working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that drive great customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adaptable, articulate, passionate about creating great customer outcomes, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
Basic Qualifications 7+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent. Experience selling cloud solutions at a software company or equivalent. Experience with AWS and technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). #J-18808-Ljbffr
