Job Description You will need to be an experienced Leading Hand / Junior Foreman with a focus on implementing quality, safety, and environmental processes.
Ideally, we would like to employ someone who wants to develop their commercial construction career and can work well in a team.

Qualifications Qualifications relevant to the role with a strong preference for a carpentry trade backgroundExtensive experience in building constructionProven 3 years minimum experience with small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial, or multi-residential sectorsBe competent in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishesHave an eye for detailExcellent communication and personal skillsA person who is hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-drivenBe able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture)Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standardsGood computer / mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g.
