About the Role As the Technical Coordinator / Technician, you will play a critical role in providing technical support for home appliances and air conditioners to staff, resellers, service agents, and end users. This role involves coordinating warranty repairs, liaising with service agents, dispatching parts, and conducting product testing and evaluation for future product development. Reporting to the National Service Manager, you will provide tailored solutions to complex technical issues, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and identify faults in warranty returns and provide detailed reports to the National Service Manager and product development team. Offer technical support to staff, resellers, service agents, and end users. Repair and prepare faulty products for resale, managing the write-off and disposal process while salvaging usable parts. Review and approve warranty service calls, coordinate repairs with service agents, and dispatch spare parts as needed. Assist with testing product samples from OEM factories. Support the sale and dispatch of spare parts. Essential Skills & Attributes Strong fault diagnosis and problem-solving abilities. Excellent technical writing and communication skills. Proficiency in interpreting technical data and wiring diagrams. Professional telephone manner with a focus on customer service. Collaborative team player. Required Qualifications Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Certificate (Certificate IV in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration – Electro Technology). Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) RAC01 – Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence. NSW Contractor / Qualified Supervisor Licence in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrical (desirable). Restricted Electrical Licence (desirable). A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning industry, including fault finding, repairs, servicing, and commissioning. Ready to Take the Next Step?
