Administration of the Tender inbox and client portals Creation of new bids in CRM and electronic bid files Manage data entry and ongoing updates in CRM Preparation of marketing material related to tender and EOI submissions Assistance in the collation of submissions, ensuring proposals are of high quality Archiving of past bids Backup to the Proposals Manager when out of the office Preparation for bid meetings Compliance with Aerison policies and procedures WHO YOU ARE
