Experience is an asset, but being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you are driven and have excellent administrative skills and confidence with a variety of customer relationships, you can succeed with us. Sureway's training and onboarding packages provide all the tools you need.
Duties Engage with people to assist them to overcome barriers to employment Work in collaboration with employers to secure vacancies and promote our services Deliver on KPIs in a high-paced environment Deliver holistic caseload management Ensure accurate timely administration Success in this role comes from building trust, listening, and treating each person as an individual with support tailored to their specific needs.
