Responsibilities: Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, other treatment providers, and allied health professionals;Apply your clinical knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan;Case management - Conduct assessments, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans.Unlike most other Rehabilitation Consultant roles, KPI's are based on service delivery outcomes, NOT billable hours.

Enjoy early starts and early finishes: 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Thursday and enjoy a half day on Fridays, finishing up at 1:30pm.
You will be working on the ADF Base, Tindal.
If you prefer something with a little more flexibility and variety, we have roles where you can enjoy a combination of work from home, office, and the ADF base of Tindal.
You will also be working across a more diverse range of clients.
Joining a high-quality service provider, you will be SUPPORTED and MENTORED through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process (including ongoing shadowing) to build your technical knowledge and expertise, setting you up for success.

What will make you successful: Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC / RCAA;Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, Social Work, or as a Chiropractor;Strong clinical reasoning;Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal;Passion to help people rehabilitate.Graduates with appropriate professional registration are also encouraged to apply.
