About the Role This position involves a range of administrative responsibilities, including diary management, minute taking, and responding to enquiries with strict confidentiality. These duties require a range of interpersonal skills consistent with the core values of Catholic Education. The position will be involved in co-ordinating senior leadership recruitment in accordance with Catholic Education guidelines.
Work Requirements Experience in providing high level administrative support to individuals or teams and knowledge of various administration functions. Intermediate computer literacy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Organisational and planning skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role involving departmental diary, travel and event management. Hold a Working with Children Blue Card. Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education.
