In Vitro Technologies is a Healthcare and Scientific distribution organisation who specialise in the sales, marketing, and support of medical products throughout Australia and New Zealand.
ABOUT THE ROLE : Our Technical Services Team are looking for an Administrator to be the first point of contact for specific technical job enquiries, customer service, administration, and advisory.
Your primary focus is to ensure positive stakeholder experiences and outcomes, with emphasis on customer service, timeliness, and maintenance of a compliant database.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Offer telephone support and manage job enquiries Log and maintain a compliant service database Provide advice on job allocation to customers, as well as processing & invoicing Engage in weekly status update meetings with Leadership / Management.
