Duties Collaborating with an award-winning Partner with over 20 years of experience, you'll be working on a range of Banking & Finance matters, with a focus on project finance experience, acquisition finance, property and M&A financing.
About You Senior Lawyer (5+ PQE) with a relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics; Experience with working on high-end transactions; Excellent technical and communication skills; The ability to autonomously take on carriage of matters with minimal supervision.
