We are recruiting for an Account Executive to join a small and experienced team that is part of a brokerage network. Our client has brokerages across multiple locations in Queensland, with your role being based in Bundaberg. Our client prides themselves on their values, continually striving to provide the right service and support to their clients, with a focus on building relationships to understand their needs and implementing insurance solutions to protect their interests.
You will take responsibility for your own SME portfolio with a focus on business packs, farming and agricultural, heavy motor, plant and equipment, whilst providing key support with the Director's larger clients. You'll utilise your existing capabilities to convert new business leads whilst ensuring sufficient retention of the policy through the customer service the brokerage is renowned for.
