Currently, Metro is seeking to fill two vacant part-time roster positions in our Burnie Depot.

Key Responsibilities: You enjoy providing an exceptional customer experience and the rewarding nature of the day-to-day interactions with passengers from all walks of life.You enjoy an office with a view, servicing the communities of beautiful Tasmania.You are a part of a supportive and passionate team.What you'll need: A good driving history, with the capacity to learn to safely and reliably drive a heavy passenger vehicle.Complete a National Police Check from Tasmania Police.Hold (or can obtain) a working with vulnerable people (WWVP) card.Have held a current, full Australian Driver's Licence for at least 2 years.Have full working rights in Australia.Pass a pre-employment physical assessment, including a Drug and Alcohol test.Obtain a Public Passenger Vehicle (PPV) licence.What's in it for you? Don't have a heavy vehicle licence yet? No worries. You'll start your career at Metro with 6 weeks of paid, extensive training to get your medium rigid Metro licence.
