You will be a great fit if you: Are reliable and dependable to a fault - our children depend on you!Bring positivity and a caring attitude to the children you care forAre detail oriented, patient, and flexibleWhat you have: Ability to relate positively with young childrenAbility to drive school bus to transport children to and from schoolHigh school diploma or equivalent; prefer some college coursework related to early childhood educationClean driving record for the last five yearsValid driver's license; CDL preferredDemonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practicesAbility to commit to a split shift scheduleMust be first aid and child/adult CPR certifiedSuccessful background check and VA licensing standards requiredAt least 23 years of ageWhat you will do: Drive bus on all scheduled routes to and from school as well as approved activitiesAlways operate within the legal speed limits and in a safe fashion without exceptionCommunicate with teachers, parents, and children to meet the needs of each transported childWork a split shift – leaving the middle of your day free!What we offer: PTO, Medical & Dental Insurance, FSA, 401kReimbursement for college creditsDiscounted childcarePaid trainings & professional development opportunitiesLLE Education is an equal opportunity employer.
