About the role
This role will suit a self-motivated, highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to complete all service functions from booking in buses and liaising with the customers to processing the invoices including manufacturer warranty claims. Working Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.

Duties & Responsibilities
Scheduling and maintaining the bus bookings diary.
Updating and communicating with customers on a regular basis.
Raising and quoting bus repair orders.
Compiling costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service.
Compiling data, fees and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders ensuring that warranty/replacement parts are stored as per manufacturer requirements.
Assisting the wider service team with various duties to ensure the departments continue to exceed customer expectations.
Skills & Experience
Trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience preferred.
Previous high-volume costing/warranty experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail, mathematic ability and customer focus.
Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills.
An ability to work autonomously and as a team.
