The Position: We are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work from the Melbourne Airport Head Office. In this role, you will oversee the State Operations Managers for Imports and Exports in both Air and Sea Freight. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to streamline processes, monitor performance, and deliver exceptional service. With your strong leadership and problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall freight forwarding operations.Coordinate with and manage internal teams.Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations staff.Oversee the documentation and compliance teams and processes.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance and mentorship.Prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets to track operational performance.The Package: For the right candidate, we're willing to offer:
