MANAGER (BUS SERV AND SMSFS) | EASTERN SUBURBS | $130-140K PKG IMPRESSIVE ACCOUNTING FIRM BASED IN THE EASTERN SUBURBS MIXED ROLE - BUSINESS SERVICES AND SMSF CLIENTS FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL CULTURE UP TO $140K PKG FIRM This represents an opportunity with an impressive accounting firm based in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. This firm has been in operation for many years and they boast an impressive client base.
POSITION Due to internal restructuring, the position of Manager has been created.
This role will involve the following:
Manage a client base of circa $800k in fees (comprised of 60% business services and 40% SMSF clients) Manage and mentor a team of onshore and offshore staff Provide high level tax compliance and advisory services. CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified 9+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Ability to manage up to $800k in fees Experience with both business and SMSF clients (non negotiable) Experience with XPM, Xero and BGL Strong technical tax ability Exceptional communication and presentation skills BENEFITS The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
The firm does offer some WFH options and flexibility - however due to the seniority of this position, it will predominantly be office based.
