$65,000 – $70,000 per year + Performance Incentive
The Food and Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing all food and beverage operations at the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction while mentoring the front-of-house F&B team members.
Key Responsibilities Operational
Assist our F&B manager in daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets. Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to design and update menus, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of food and beverages. Recruit, train, schedule, and take a hands-on approach to supervising food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and addressing any guest concerns or feedback promptly. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients. Assist in the development and management of budgets, monitoring expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Ensure all food and beverage operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and sanitation standards. Interpret reports on financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Guests
In collaboration with the F&B Manager and Team Members, implement strategies to enhance guest service standards which meet/exceed the expectations of guests. Interact with guests to gather feedback and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations. Generic
