Burleigh Heads Nanny

A loving and active family in Burleigh Heads, QLD are seeking a nurturing and experienced nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old son and 6-month-old baby girl.The days and hours are 2-3 days per week.Ideal days will include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8.30am - 5pm. Hours and days negotiable for the right candidate.The family is seeking a nanny who is engaging, fun to be around but also nurturing and calm. An energetic nanny who is able to provide fun, creative and stimulating indoor and outdoor activities that will assist in the children's growth and development is essential.The nanny must have strong personal values, be trustworthy, reliable, and able to form a special bond with the whole family, staying on a long-term basis.Experience with young babies, toddlers, and caring for multiple children at once is essential for this role. The nanny must be comfortable with the parents at home.When possible, some light house cleaning, washing, chores, and meal preparation may be required.The carer's responsibilities for this role will be as follows:To care for the childrenFollow the children's routinesPlay and engage with the childrenLight household duties - tidying and light cleaningHelp prepare/cook mealsLaundryThe family's expectations from their nanny are:Must have a minimum of 3+ years nanny or childcare experienceChildcare qualification (preferred but not essential)Experience caring for young babiesHave a current first aid certificate (or happy to obtain one)Have a current Blue CardDisplay strong communication skills and speak good EnglishFull driver's license and clean driving recordBasic cooking skills
