Our client is a top-tier firm looking for a 5+ PAE Lawyer to join their high-performing Projects team. Providing advice to a mix of global and major Australian companies, you will work on a variety of complex transactions.
Working closely with a highly-rated Partner and an established and growing team, this role is suitable for a quality corporate commercial or projects/infrastructure lawyer with experience in energy, mining, oil, renewables, or infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, you will possess sound legal and commercial acumen, enjoy dealing with clients face to face, and be willing to step up and take on meaningful roles in major transactions.
