Role
You will be an experienced planning & environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who is seeking a front end role.
Working predominantly with state government agencies and local government authorities, you will enjoy working across a range of diverse matters, including:
All aspects of planning & development projects Developer contributions, planning agreements and other infrastructure agreements Public sector acquisition of land (predominantly by agreement) Full range of environmental matters including biodiversity & threatened species, pollution and contamination Public sector governance and administration, including tendering and procurement Public sector property issues including Crown Land and Native Title matters Benefits
