Key Responsibilities Aboriginal Land claimsWater LawSkills & Experience You will be an Environment & Planning Lawyer at the 3 year to Senior Associate level.
Your New Role Will see you acting for State Government agencies, Local Councils and private developers. Obtain planning approvals for their projects with particular focus on development contributions, compulsory acquisitions, building & subdivision certifications.
Working closely with two Accredited Specialists in E&P; Aboriginal land claims; Water Law; policy development; legislative reform initiatives; recognised specialists.
