You will be a back-end Construction Lawyer at the Senior Associate level.
Your New Role
Will see you report to three (3) former National law firm practice Partners.
They understand the practicalities of completing a development project and are regularly asked by clients to advise and assist in the day-to-day administration of construction contracts. You will advise clients on all forms of alternative dispute resolution (such as arbitrations, expert determinations, and mediation) and represent clients in disputes in a variety of jurisdictions (including the Supreme Court of NSW and Federal Court of Australia).
