Bureau Veritas in Australia is an organization of over 180 engineers and skilled technicians, expert in the provision of all aspects of quality controlled inspection, risk-based assessment testing, condition monitoring and asset management of plant and equipment.
About the Role: An opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Engineer to join our Team in the Singleton region. You will be responsible for performing site-based structural inspections, analysis of static and dynamic machinery, assessing and reporting on damage/corrosion, as well as reviewing and approving remedial scopes of work. You also will liaise directly with clients on technical and commercial matters. He/She will work closely with Bureau Veritas's key clients on the East Coast – ranging from those in the mining and transport industry to OEM's, manufacturers and fabricators.
Required Experience: Engineering Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field of engineering Familiar with mining structures Preferred to have CPEng and RPEQ Based in Singleton or willing to relocate Have a valid working visa The Benefits: We offer a competitive salary package and an opportunity to advance your career in a leading global organisation, as well as:
