Experience processing payroll within a bureau or umbrella environment will be advantageous.DescriptionAs the Bureau Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:Overseeing the office to ensure all payroll deadlines have been adhered to and producing reports for directors.Overseeing the delivery of the bureau service for a small number of clients.Ensuring HMRC and pension compliance is met.Speaking with clients to help set up payroll service and delivery.Resolving escalated queries from the payroll team.Assisting with the end payroll processing for weekly and monthly paid staff.Ensuring salaries and working hours are correct and inputting them into the system.Delivering monthly analysis and reconciliation of pay and benefits.Processing SMP, SSP, and SPP.Processing of pensions from start to end.Dealing with Attachment of Earnings and other deductions.Responding to staff payslip queries.ProfileTo be successful as the Bureau Payroll Manager, you will have:Current and up-to-date experience processing weekly and monthly payroll.Experience in payroll processing including statutory calculations.Good use of Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to speak with those at all levels to resolve queries.Job OfferWhat they offer:33 days holiday + bank holidays.Birthday off.Christmas shutdown.25-hour working week.Employee assistance programme.Flexible working.
