About the Home The elegant Bupa Glenvale, a modern care home built on two hectares of land, set in a quiet suburb just 5kms west of the Toowoomba town centre.

About The Role As our Glenvale Care Manager, you will work as part of a team of empathetic and caring clinical professionals. You will support the General Manager in managing and leading the delivery of person-centred care of residents, ensuring the highest standard of ongoing assessment, care planning and evaluation and clinical governance, helping them to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA is essential Post grad qualification in aged care highly regarded Experience managing a minimum of 30 beds Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care within an aged care or acute setting Excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities Highly effective communication, leadership, and relationship management skills An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes Be at the Heart of It – your new team is ready to welcome you!
