Bundaberg Private Day Hospital is a purpose-built modern day surgery specialising in Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Plastics, Vascular and General surgery.
Our hospital has two operating theatres, a procedure room and a PACU.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Permanent Part-time Hospital Administration Officer.

Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary, specialised healthcare team to support patient care needs.
Accurate and timely Patient Management System entry.
Accurate admission and discharge documentation and scanning of medical files.
Other administrative duties as required.
About You:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to and liaise with all stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, show initiative, prioritise workloads and multitask.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer literacy, and proficient data entry skills.
Previous experience with patient administration systems desirable.
High level of attention to detail.
