Bunbury Trucks Sales and Service are the Japanese Truck Specialists. We represent both Fuso and Hino as well as Mercedes Benz and Freightliner Heavy Trucks. We are the go-to business for truck sales, finance, parts, and service in Bunbury and the Southwest.
The Role
Reporting Directly to our Service Manager, we are seeking a Service Advisor to act as the vital link between our valued customers and our expert technical team.
Responsibilities
Meet and Greet: Welcome all customers upon their arrival. Phone Enquiries: Handle phone enquiries and bookings. Invoice Management: Cost repair invoices for retail, fleet, warranty, and internal accounts. Customer Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle. Authorisation: Seek approval from fleet companies for repairs and services. Workshop Coordination: Collaborate with the Workshop Controller to allocate work to workshop staff. Customer Consultation: Provide in-depth information and alternatives for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups. Workflow Oversight: Manage and supervise the service department's workflow. Customer Follow-up: Notify customers about service changes and vehicle readiness. Relationship Building: Maintain positive customer relations to secure repeat business. Skills & Experience
Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with customers. Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude: A commitment to excellence and a proactive mindset. Current Driver's License: Mandatory for the role. Industry Acumen: Prior experience in the motor industry is a significant advantage. Organisational Skills: Proficiency in multitasking without compromising on quality. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Office365 is essential.
