Our client is a leading commercial and industrial real estate agency based in Bunbury that provides a full host of real estate services. Working closely with a qualified and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent, you will learn all aspects of the role to effectively list, negotiate, and sell/lease commercial and industrial property while providing additional support to the Agency department.
Responsibilities
Preparing documentation including via REI Forms i.e., Offer to Lease, Heads of Agreement, or Letter of Intent and arranging for signing.
Prospecting for new business and following up on all leads and referrals in a timely manner.
Conducting appraisals on properties and preparing appraisal letters/submissions for both sale and lease.
Finding properties for clients.
Qualifications
An interest and passion for Real Estate.
A current real estate license (highly desirable).
A driver's license and reliable vehicle.
The ability to deal with strong personalities.
