This full-time role will see you engaging directly with customers, building rapport and driving sales to support the growth of our expanding business.
What you'll be doing Proactively approaching potential customers to understand their needs and present our products and services Delivering engaging sales pitches that highlight the unique benefits of our offerings Negotiating terms, closing sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities Contributing to the development of sales strategies and initiatives Supporting the broader sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth What we're looking for Proven track record in face-to-face sales, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service (beneficial but not necessary) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers Strong negotiation and closing abilities, and a tenacious approach to achieving sales goals Familiarity with sales techniques and tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm, resilience, and a results-driven mindset What we offer
