Lantrak is seeking a confident and experienced individual to manage and supervise our site in Scoresby. We're looking for someone with a strong background in earthworks who can lead a diverse team, take charge of daily operations, and promote a safe, efficient work environment.If you're someone who can adapt to changing situations while maintaining control and leadership, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Supervise all site operators, visitors, and contractors.Manage the traffic of plant and machinery entering and leaving the site.Oversee the disposal of material on site, ensuring it meets project requirements.Drive a strong safety culture with zero tolerance for unsafe practices.Keep the site tidy, safe, and hazard-free.Ensure daily pre-start checks are completed on all site equipment.Provide professional, courteous service to customers and contractors on-site.Ensure daily machine use is recorded in Lantrak's Site Diary.Operate and supervise plant equipment in line with company policies.Oversee the movement, distribution, and testing of material processed at the site.Inspect loads to ensure correct materials are logged and processed.Report and manage all site costs accurately in the site diary.About You:Strong material knowledge with the ability to identify fill material.Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and external stakeholders.Proven experience operating a range of earthmoving machinery.Technologically competent.Experience in using compaction methods with earthmoving equipment to meet specifications.Practical, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork and achieving results.Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Lantrak?At Lantrak, we do things differently.
