Bulk Earthworks Supervisor

Urban Resources Pty Ltd specialises in mid-sized bulk earthworks throughout the Perth and greater metropolitan area.
This is complemented by the production and supply of basic raw materials from a number of well-located sites around Perth.
The company operates a substantial fleet of mid-sized earthmoving equipment to facilitate the works we undertake.Operations include bulk earthwork projects, sand mining, contract crushing and screening, and recycling.The ideal candidate would have a strong background in bulk earthworks.Responsibilities:Ensuring works are completed in a safe manner and comply with management system policies and procedures.Complete works efficiently and to specification.Co-ordination of all site personnel, contractors, and suppliers.Programme and scheduling of manpower and equipment to meet the project requirements.Maintain site records and documentation.Maintain a strong and motivated site team.At least 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand in a similar environment.Strong experience in earthworks.Strong planning and organisation skills.Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels.Sense of urgency and ability to forecast and mitigate delays.Excellent safety and work ethics.Valid driver's licence.Compensation: Competitive salary + Super + Company vehicle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
