What are the Jobs
Head Chef/Sous Chefs/ Chef de Parties and Solo chefs needed.
Mining Camps Breakfast / Dinner / Splits available Solo or working in a team
Workforce camps ranging from 50 Pax to 300 Pax 1 year experience in mining camps required Hotels/Pubs/Resorts Solo and Senior Chef roles
Split shifts
4+ week ongoing contracts Contracts year round
Do you measure up?
Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:
Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills Have a positive and 'can do' attitude Own traditional uniform and knives
Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.
Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.In return will make sure you receive: Transport to and from the Venue at the successful beginning & end of the contract Opportunities for ongoing work with our leading clients Suitable single accommodation
Meals while on shift PAID FOR EVERY HOUR YOU WORK… no salary position that pays minimal for crazy hours. Get paid for all your crazy hours.
Yes you read correctly…..you will be paid for each & every hour that you work.
