In this role, you will: Build, mentor, and nurture a diverse, empowered team, developing capabilities that drive innovation and success. Be a passionate technical leader driving excellence in structural design, committed to ongoing learning and professional development of the team.
Support the team in staying ahead of industry advancements and delivering high-performance solutions for our clients. Manage and govern the delivery of our project portfolio.
Ensure that projects are executed seamlessly, aligning with Aurecon's standards and delivering value to our clients and communities. Partner with the Service Group Leader (SGL) to secure new revenue opportunities, grow market share, and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Maintain and build upon your strong client network to foster new business and enhance existing client relationships. Lead the execution of Aurecon's Corporate Strategy, "The Blueprint," ensuring our vision is reflected in every project and initiative.
