Black Pearl Homes are looking to welcome another Building Supervisor to join our team.
As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced and technical role through a crucial part of our Customers' new home journey.
About the Role: You'll be responsible for scheduling and managing trades, suppliers, delivery of materials, customer communications and expectations and ultimately the smooth and safe delivery of quality new homes for our customers.
You'll work closely with your Construction Manager in your team and will form strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal Plantation Homes team members.
Candidates will be provided with a Ute and mobile phone.
Minimum Requirements: Candidates are required to have a good knowledge of working with computer software and a minimum of 5 years building supervision experience.
Key Responsibilities: Providing an outstanding experience for our Customers throughout their new home journey.Supervising the construction of multiple new homes within customer service, quality, safety and agreed timeframe guidelines.Coordinating trade schedules to ensure a smooth build process.Building respectful and cooperative partnerships with your suppliers and subcontractors.Working with our HSE team to uphold a high standard of workplace health and safety.Quality control and QA reporting prior to job handover.About You: You have supervisory experience in the residential custom build construction industry and a strong residential building knowledge.
