Responsibilities will include:Coordination of trades and materials for double storey, lowset and custom home projectsMaintain workplace safety on all job sitesMaintaining contact with owners and attending meetingsQuality control and QA reporting prior to job handoverSkills and ExperienceSuitable candidates must demonstrate the following:Minimum 2 years Supervising experience in housingCurrent Builder or Supervisors LicenceExperience with double storey, custom or knock down rebuild projectsExcellent presentation and interpersonal skillsCustomer satisfaction and service orientatedAbility to manage multiple projectsOpportunity and BenefitsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic company with a diverse project portfolio and continued growth prospects.
