Key Responsibilities: Supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction sites.Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflows and on-time project completion.Monitor site progress to meet timelines, budgets, and HIA contractual obligations.Conduct regular site inspections to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality.Communicate effectively with clients, management, and admin teams to ensure transparency throughout the build process.Lead site meetings, walkthroughs, and handovers with confidence and professionalism.What We're Looking For: Minimum of 3 years' experience supervising new home builds in the residential construction industry.A strong trade background, with carpentry skills being a bonus.Current QBCC Site Supervisor license and a valid driver's license.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.A confident, friendly, and professional approach to leadership and customer interactions.Experience using construction scheduling software is highly regarded.Why Join?
