We are looking for an additional supervisor to join the team with jobs located around the Brisbane East area.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple jobs including trades and labourProgramming of works to meet minimum timeframesProblem solving and advising on appropriate solutionsKnowledge of and adherence to WH&S requirementsClose liaison between internal and external staff membersClose liaison with clients and relationship buildingSkills & ExperienceSound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and CovenantsSite Supervisor Licence (QLD)Demonstrated experience as a team player who can work unsupervisedGood forward planning/programming/organisational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent professional and personal presentationFull unencumbered driver's licence (essential)With an attractive remuneration package on offer including a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join Coral Homes.
